Kid’s Functional Fitness

Forge Training And Performance Kid’s functional fitness is for parents who want their kids to learn basic functional fitness skills. We will focus on basic movement patterns, metabolic conditioning, weightlifting, and building bodyweight strength—all while having a blast!

Our goal is to create a solid foundation for your kids to build any athletic capacity. We want each kid to move well, prevent injury, and feel confident performing each movement in a variety of ways.

We are committed to creating a safe environment for every individual involved, while also pushing them to their full potential and believing in them when they don’t believe in themselves. Our progressive programming will teach life-long skills, while still allowing their young bodies to grow properly.

Ages: 6-12

Little Yogi’s

This fun and playful yoga class helps little yogis of ages 5 to 12 stay healthy, cope with stress and cultivate their inner strength both on and off the mat. The children will develop not only coordination and strength physically but will develop skills to identify and use mindfulness tools in their everyday life. The tools include compassion for self and others, breathing techniques, visualization and gratitude. 

Includes access to Kid’s Functional Fitness, Kid’s Yoga, and any additional Kid’s classes added in the future!

  • 10 punch pass: $100 (3-month expiration)

  • 15 punch pass: $135 (4-month expiration)
