Youth Program 

The focus of this program is on strength and conditioning! We will use a variety of equipment and movements that specifically works on speed, agility, and power. This will prepare your youth athlete to excel in their sport, while also preventing them from injury.

Our programming is a progressive overload, meaning each week will build upon the previous allowing for the athlete’s body to adapt quickly and progress be made rapidly. Recovery and injury prevention is extremely important to us and will be implemented into the program weekly.

We recommend each athlete comes at least 2 x per week. There is availability for more or less depending on you and your athlete’s schedule.

How It Works

  1. Call With The Coach: 

    • It is very important to us that we know your athlete’s goals and your goals for them as a parent. Our first step is to have a 15 minute conversation with you and/or your athlete in order to get to know you and to establish some goals.

  2. Free Athlete Assessment:

    • We will have the athlete come in for their free on site assessment. We will evaluate movement patterns, sprinting mechanics, and body stability (including shoulders, core, and hips). From here we will offer take home information and tasks to complete. This step is required for all new athletes.

  3. On-Boarding Sessions:

    • We want to make sure each athlete is equipped with the correct movement patterns and learns the basics of what we do at Forge Training And Performance. We take a few sessions to hammer down on that proper movement so each athlete feels confident and comfortable going into the semi-private group setting.

  4. Start Training!

    • Our mission is to ensure each athlete gets quality time with their coach each and every session. We offer semi-private sessions that have no more than 8 athletes in them to allow for a community, yet still guarantee quality coaching and injury prevention.

Monday: 4:30 pm-5:30 pm

Wednesday: 4:30 pm- 5:30 pm

*As our youth program grows we will be adding more training times. If there is a time that would work better for you, lets us know!


Program Pricing

2 sessions per week (8 sessions per month)

$160/ month

  • Absolutely! We want to add to your athlete’s sport and allow them to further excel in every season. Our coaches have the knowledge to adapt training based on other practices and games!

  • Yes! We plan to add more days and times based on demand. If there is a day and/or time that works for you and we don’t currently offer it, please let us know! This is a growing program!

  • The age group of this program is 12-18, where as the Kid’s Functional Fitness is for the age range 6-12. This program continues to focus on creating a foundation of proper movement for the athlete, but is more focused on increasing performance, speed, agility, power, and can be catered to sports if desired.
