This is a fun Functional Fitness class for individuals who are over 50 years of age or just beginning their fitness journey. This class will focus on preventing life-threatening injuries, maintaining muscle mass, continuing the ease of activities of daily living, and having a blast with your friends! We will do a series of exercises that are modified to an individual level, yet allow you to continue your progression.
